Delete your account

Sign in at geomancy.live, open Account settings, and use the account deletion option when available.

Or email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize:

• Email, profile name, and authentication identifiers
• Saved cast history and AI reading records tied to your account
• Membership status (active subscriptions should be cancelled in Google Play first)

Delete individual readings

Logged-in users can delete individual saved readings from Account → Reading history without closing the entire account.

What we may retain

We may retain minimal purchase records as required for tax, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. These records are not used for marketing.
